We Continue to Reinforce Our Leadership Team in Alberta
We are pleased to announce the addition of three new Branch Managers in our Alberta branches: Calgary, Edmonton and Grande Prairie
Our three new appointments are as follows:
Aaron Deines brings more than 13 years of restoration experience to his new role as Branch Manager – Edmonton. He brings significant business leadership to the branch and his personal commitment to providing high quality and efficient service for his customers will drive our work in the Edmonton marketplace. Aaron, who joined us in 2014, has significant experience in leading both residential and commercial restoration, as well as business operations themselves, and in doing so has developed long standing relationships with many claims adjusters and insurers throughout the city.
Kevin McNeill has taken on the role of Branch Manager – Grande Prairie. Kevin’s experience, which stretches from hands-on construction and restoration work in both residential and commercial properties, through to successful business ownership and franchise growth, provides him a wide-ranging perspective from which to run his branch. He holds strong connections to the insurance industry and to the Grand Prairie community itself. He has been with us since 2012, and has already provided exemplary management to his team.
William Elliot, with more than 20 years of restoration and insurance industry experience, has taken on the role of Branch Manager – Calgary. With a comprehensive understanding of residential and commercial claims processes, extensive expertise in project management and branch management, Will has been an important member of our team since 2015. Accustomed to effectively leading multiple large loss projects, he is responsible for supporting the team in Calgary, and to drive the ongoing success of the branch.
All three Branch Managers will be supported by Ian Newman – Business Development Manager – Alberta. Ian already works closely with our insurance and commercial customers in the region and will continue to act as an additional direct point of contact between FirstOnSite customers and branches.
These announcements come on the heels of our Regional Leadership appointments released last week: a new Senior Vice-President, Director of Operations and District General Manager to continue our focus on enhancing the customer experience.
