We are pleased to announce the growth of the FirstOnSite leadership team in Ontario. Kim Dickson has been promoted to acting Branch Manager for Mississauga and Scarborough, Matt Brooks has been promoted to acting Branch Manager in North Bay, Melissa Lundy has been promoted to Branch Manager in London and David Goetz has returned to the organization, taking on the role of Branch Manager in Kitchener/Guelph.
We are excited to welcome two industry veterans to our Large Loss Unit: Geo Langlois as Large Loss Manager, Canada and Kelly Langlois as Assistant Project Manager, Large Loss Canada. Together, Geo and Kelly bring over 33 years of restoration industry experience, with specialized expertise in mobilizing and directing large loss operations resulting from major disasters. Their addition supports our large loss team in responding powerfully and cohesively, on a moment’s notice, to complex, massive losses.
We are delighted to announce our new leadership team in British Columbia. Erik Hecht has been promoted to Director of Operations, and Frank Wood recently joined as Business Operations Manager.
These roles build upon our strong foundation in B.C. and strengthen our capacity to provide exceptional experience to our customers in the region.

We are excited to announce the opening of our new branch in Ste-Agathe, Quebec, serving the restoration, remediation and reconstruction needs of our existing and new customers in the Laurentians region. The branch will be led by industry veteran, Olivier Bertrand, and is the next step in our expansion plans in the province.
