Who we were, and who we are
The FirstOnSite name was introduced in 2007 to unite a number of highly regarded regional businesses, and to develop a consistent service delivery model across Canada – something that had never been done before in the restoration industry.
In 2012 we opened an office in Nashville, TN in order to provide disaster restoration services to the US commercial market, and by 2016 we were an established and expanding North American entity with over 1,100 employees, 40+ locations, and 20 affiliate partners providing remediation, restoration and reconstruction services.
In May 2016, FirstOnSite joined forces with U.S.-based Interstate Restoration, building upon our national foundation, expanding our resource base, and further extending our customer service offering for the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
We are comprised of leaders, industry experts and highly skilled, IICRC-certified technicians dedicated to providing excellent customer service. We have access to the largest inventory of specialty state-of-the-art equipment in North America, and provide coast-to-coast-to-coast coverage and 24/7 emergency service. We continue to build and integrate our team, capitalizing on the advantages our corporate infrastructure provides while relying on the expertise that exists throughout our regions.
