This letter is written with the intent to commend your employees whom worked throughout my initial cleanup, move in/out and restoration and then the final walk-through.
This was my first experience having to deal with an insurance claim and a bit of a disaster and I would like you to know that out of a bad situation with the help of all your employees but specifically Paul made the situation more bearable.
From the first moment I met Paul he was in control of the situation and gave me the feeling #1 that he knew what he was doing and he had the confidence to make me feel at ease that everything would be taken care of. #2, throughout the process I was able to email or call and speak directly with Paul therefore answering all my questions and concerns or finding out the answers and relaying that to me in a timely manner. This was important to me as I am in the business of customer service and value a great response time and ease and availability of communication.

Fire Damage
I am extremely impressed with all the help I have received from ALL the staff at FirstOnSite. They made my life a lot easier and everyone was very good and easy to work with.
It started 2 days after my fire, I went to my home and the ladies were there packing my belongings into boxes. I asked what I could do to help and they told me I did not have to stay they would look after it all. This was a big relief. So after all was completed and ready to move back in well the unpacking was so impressive and a treat. I could tell that each item was handled with care. My clothes were also phenomenal, pressed and packed so well.
The four guys they sent to move my things were wonderful, funny, courteous and polite.
When I called the office, the messages were passed on and I ways was greeted by polite people. Joel in the contents department was always so helpful and always took care of my needs and he would show up in no time at all when I needed him.
